It happens to all of us - life knocks us down and it's hard to know which way to turn. How do we find hope in the midst of our pain? Where can we gain strength to survive the difficult times?
When the battle is real, and faith is weak, P31 Warriors gear up with prayer, putting on the FULL ARMOR OF GOD to "Stand firm...with the belt of TRUTH... the breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS... the gospel of PEACE... the shield of FAITH... the helmet of SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the WORD OF GOD." Ephesians 6
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying..

REVIVE
God's Word says "The enemy comes to KILL, STEAL, and DESTROY"... our peace, our confidence, our self-worth, our innocence, our purity, our virtue, our joy, self-esteem, hope, strength, security, relationships... the list goes on. He'll take whatever he can get.
P31 Warriors stand on God's Word to take back what the enemy stole from us. In fact, "he must repay seven times" what he has taken. (Proverbs 6:31). As "virtuous women" (Proverbs 31), we are reclaiming our purity, and reviving our minds, bodies, and spirits! We express these concepts through our signature therapeutic dance.
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

THRIVE
The P31 Warrior "...girds herself with strength..." (Proverbs 31:17)
SPIRITUAL strength, and God-given authority. That's how we win - every fight, every time!
Because, the people and circumstances who hurt and disappoint us are not the enemy. "...our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil..." (Ephesians 6:17)
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
Ephesians 6:10-11
Stay ALIVE
P31 Warriors stand united in battle and we support our thriving sisterhood.
"She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy." (Proverbs 31:20). The "needy" we reach out to are women like us, who "need" hope, strength, encouragement, faith, and restoration, to join our circle of loving P31 Warriors. We each strive to reach at least 5 hurting women, extending open arms and hearts to help make the healing process easier.
We also maintain a strong social network, which is critical for many of us who face life transitions as a result of our battles -- and victories!
